This course would be of interest to individuals who have an interest in nutrition and healthy eating and would like to learn more about what we eat and how it affects our bodies. The course will include practical sessions on how to read food labels and understanding healthy eating advice for different health issues e.g.  Heart Health, Weight Management, Digestive Health, Mental Well being and so on.  Workshops will provide advice on understanding the food pyramid, portion control, nutritional requirements, healthy food choices etc. This 8 week course aims to provide learners with an introduction to nutrition and healthy eating and to understand the link between diet and health. Developed and provided by a registered dietitian.
