An interactive 4 week course were you will be guided by Nutritional Therapist, Johanne OâDowd on preparing nutritionally balanced meals for all the family. Johanne is passionate about teaching her clients that healthy meals does not mean compromising on taste or using expensive ingredients. She will also share her top tips for eating healthy on a low budget and meal prep shortcuts for busy people. (Meals can be adapted to be gluten and dairy free). Course starts Tuesday 18 January 2022 and runs for 4 weeks.
