This hands-on sewing course is ideal for complete beginners and those with some experience who want to expand their skills, all while learning to use industrial sewing machines with ease.

You'll start with the basics: how to thread a machine, sew flat, curved and French seams, and use an industrial overlocker. You'll also explore how to cut out patterns, choose fabrics, and understand garment construction techniques. Along the way, you'll design and create your own projects using sustainable, upcycled materials, such as turning a tea towel or pillowcase into a tote bag.

Projects include hemming trousers or skirts, sewing an apron, and crafting stylish and useful items from recycled textiles. This course offers a great mix of creativity and practical skill-building in a fun, supportive environment.
