Join us on a calming and empowering journey into the practice of yoga - perfect for beginners and those with some experience looking to deepen their understanding. This course gently introduces you to the foundations of yoga, exploring how movement, breath, and awareness come together to support your physical and mental well-being.

We'll begin with basic postures and breathing techniques, progressing gradually as your strength, flexibility, and confidence grow. You'll learn a range of poses that you can safely practise at home, helping to improve mobility, core strength, and balance. Alongside this, we'll explore breathing styles (pranayama) that promote calm, energy, and inner balance.

As we progress, we will also practise Vinyasa Yoga flow - a more dynamic and fluid form of yoga, ideal for those who already practise regularly or want to challenge themselves. Vinyasa flow links breath with movement, enhancing flexibility, mobility, and strength while also helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

Whether your goal is to reduce tension, feel more energised, improve posture, or simply move with greater awareness, this course offers a supportive and welcoming space for everyone - from first-timers to returning yogis.

Mats and props will be provided. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
