If you
are looking to get started Upholstering your own furniture at home or just want
to have a fun day out with a friend or a group this specifically designed
beginners' workshop will teach you an array of new Upholstery skills &
techniques in a fun and relaxed environment.

This workshop is a fantastic introduction to the skills of
upholstery. No experience is needed and it is suitable for all ages and at the
end of the day you will be taking away a lot of new knowledge and confidence to
work on your own projects at home.

You will learn how to work with a variety of upholstery
tools and equipment, work with fabric which will be supplied to get the best
from the patterns, how to apply Foam & Piping, and how best to start finish
a project.

Learn to plan out your first project from start to finish.
Learning about the tools you need & how to use them
safely.

Get help with sourcing materials.
Develop a wider understanding of fabrics and choosing the
appropriate type of fabric you require for your piece of furniture.

How to cut-out and make cushions.
What to look out for
when choosing furniture.
