This workshop  will include 100%  gluten-free cooking and  focuses on traditional and modern Indian dishes that are naturally free of gluten. Participants learn to use alternative grains and flours such as rice, millet, lentils, and chickpea flour, which are staples in many regional Indian cuisines. The workshop  typically covers quickly made gluten-free flatbreads,  E.g. dosas, besan chilla, curries. It's ideal for individuals with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or anyone seeking healthier, flavourful meal options.”   Students will supply their own Ingredients.
