Introduction to Yoga - ~This 3-hour workshop is ideal for someone who has never practiced yoga before but wants to learn more about the tradition at a slower pace.  The workshop will enable you to connect the body, breath and mind.  You will leave the workshop with some great skills to help you practice at home or take anywhere on your travels.  The workshop is suitable for all ages.  Mats and prop##s will be provided.
