Introduction to Mat Pilates Pilates is a low-impact exercise method focusing on the development of core strength. We engage the core muscles through controlled breathing and slow focused movements and body awareness. Pilates exercises promote flexibility and range of motion, making the body more mobile and adaptable. This 3 hour workshop will give you time to understand how to complete the exercise, while understanding the benefits. You will leave with some great skills to help you practice at home, or take anywhere on your travels. Mats and prop##s will be provided. |
