Description: | This practical course equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and competence to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and effective training sessions. You'll explore key theories of adult learning, inclusive training strategies, and the real-world challenges of facilitating learning across diverse groups. Through hands-on delivery and reflection, learners will develop strong facilitation, communication, and learner engagement techniques. You'll also examine Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Evaluation Model, using learner feedback and observation to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and identify areas for improvement . Assessment includes a project, skills demonstration, and learner record all rooted in practical application and reflective development. This module is one of two required to achieve the QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training and Development (6S3372). Learners must complete both this module and Training Needs Identification and Design (6N3325) to earn the full award, a nationally recognised qualification for trainers and educators. |
