In this fun, hands on and inspiring cookery class for both novice
& experienced cooks, Chef Karl will teach you professional/classical
culinary skills, techniques & tips to create a wide range of amazing,
tasty dishes from around the world to entertain your friends/family. Karl is a
professionally trained Michelin star chef & an award-winning panel of chef
of Ireland.

What you need to bring to class:

Your ingredients, recipe card, a tea towel, apron, a pen,

and a suitable container to bring your dish home with you






INGREDIENTS FOR NIGHT 1

Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

375 grams Self Raising Flour (Sieved)

1 teaspoon Baking Powder (Sieved)

150 grams Caster Sugar

3 Eggs

180ml Vegetable Oil

140 grams Natural Greek Style Yoghurt

2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence

Zest of 1 Lemon

1 Punnet of Fresh Blueberries

Allergen Alert (always be aware of allergen ingredients)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line muffin baking tin with
12 muffin pastry cases and set aside.

2. Place the flour, baking powder, sugar, and lemon zest in
a large bowl, mix until combined.

3. In separate large bowl, place the oil, eggs, vanilla
essence, yoghurt and whisk until combined. Then add this to the bowl of
flour mixture and fold until all is combined.

4. Gently fold in blueberries and divide mixture between the
prepared muffin pastry cases and sprinkle with granola on top.

5. Bake for 25/30 minutes or until cooked when tested with a
skewer. 

6. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Serves 12
